1) set up an appointment to select a guitar. You may arrange for Jerry to pick you up at the Nashville Airport or receive directions if you are driving in.

2) to confirm availability, price and delivery time for an instrument to be shipped out. Most but not all instruments are available for immediate shipment. Payment by certified check. Instruments are shipped UPS or Fedx, shipping paid by buyer (about $25-$95 each way), 24 hour approval period., 10% restocking fee on all returns. Refunds paid by company check, first class mail, sent within 24 hours after guitar is received back in the same condition it was shipped out in.
